This Pinot Noir brings you a balanced fruit-forward style. Lifted aromas of blackberry, strawberry and jammy fruit, along with toasty oak notes. The wine shows balanced acid and integrated tannins to leave the palate refreshed and wanting more.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to maintain the delicate Pinot Noir fruit and gently pressed on completion to avoid any excess tannin. After the completion of malo-lactic fermentation, the wine is aged with tight grain French oak for a maximum of 10 months to develop layered complexity yet maintain the elegant nuances.
