WINEMAKING NOTES:
This wine is crafted to produce a rich and opulent style of Chardonnay. The aroma is full of fresh tropical fruit and vanilla undertones. Pears, Peaches along with Custer cream flavors lead to a creamy, soft and mouth filling finish.
FERMENTATION/AGING:
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at very cold temperatures to maintain the bright fruit. After fermentation, the wine is oak aged with French oak and undergoes malo-lactic fermentation to add layered complexity.

Asparagus and Bok-Choy Frittata, Squid in Tamarind Brown Butter with Green Mango, Salmon Steaks with Curried Fennel-Wine Sauce.
