The whisky begins its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, developing layers of vanilla, honey, caramel, and gentle oak. It is then enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem and Amoroso Sherry casks, adding remarkable depth through notes of raisins, roasted figs, dark fruit, cacao, and warm spice. The whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally colored, preserving the character imparted by its carefully selected casks.
