Talisker’s 2023 Distiller’s Edition is finished in Amoroso-seasoned American oak casks, and the nose is dry and nutty with touches of hazelnut, walnut wood, honey, and vanilla. The taste is spicy and nutty with a nice balance of black pepper and hazelnut, a hint of clove, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and dry with wood spices and oak tannins.
