MEXICAN SELTZER MULE

1. Add a lime wedge and pineapple wedge (if using) to the bottom of a chilled copper mug or an old fashioned glass.
2. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, muddle the lime and pineapple.
3. Add the tequila (find your tequila of choice here) then give it a quick stir.
Add ice.
4. Top with 2 oz ginger beer fill with ASHLAND PINEAPPLE and garnish with a lime wheel, fresh mint and pineapple if desired!
