Crafted in extremely small batches in Sonoma County using custom copper pot stills imported from Cognac, this whiskey undergoes a deliberate and patient aging process that allows the character of the grain, wood, and environment to shine through. The result is a remarkably complex and layered whiskey with elegance, texture, and a distinctly American soul.
Each bottle reflects Wolves’ uncompromising approach to quality—unfiltered, non-chill filtered, and bottled at a bold yet approachable proof.
