From co-owner and distiller Erik Liedholm’s backyard orchard and woodlands to the bottle, Kur brings a distinct regional character wrapped in timeless gin elegance.
Made using heirloom red winter wheat from Washington and distilled in small batches, Kur showcases a backbone of juniper that is complemented by nuanced citrus from Seville oranges, fir-fresh notes of Douglas fir, and crisp undertones of Braeburn apple. The farm-to-distillery approach ensures that nearly all raw ingredients are locally sourced, giving each sip a true sense of place.
