R. Jelinek Fernet was created in the latter part of the 19th century (during the Hapsburg dynasty) in central Europe near the famous health spa town of Luhacovice, Czech Republic. A digestive beverage that's rich in anise flavors and possesses a strong herbal character, the R. Jelinek Fernet is best enjoyed after a meal or even paired with coffee or espresso.
