WINEMAKING NOTES
California’s cooler regions, like Monterey County, lend a delicate fruit character to
this expressive Riesling. A slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserved
the natural acidity of the grapes, creating the framework for a wine bursting with
crisp citrus notes in the glass. Fermentation was halted before completion to leave a
subtle suggestion of sweetness on the palate.
TASTING NOTES
This bright Riesling delivers the perfect balance of fruity and floral tones. Fragrant
aromas of lavender, jasmine, lemon and rose petal leap from the glass, setting the
stage for a mouthwatering palate of pear, peach and pineapple. Riesling’s
exceedingly crisp acidity shines through, framed by a lively structure and a smooth,
