Barr Hill Raw Honey is the distinctive ingredient in Barr Hill Gin, Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka. It is always kept raw (never heated or pasteurized) to retain the depth of the character of the land from which it comes. Its floral depth is a testament to the hard work of the honey bees that forage our region. This is truly one of nature's most precious treasures.

Please note that real raw honey will crystallize over time. If this happens you can place the honey jar in warm (not hot) water and stir until the crystals dissolve.

The story of Barr Hill begins in 2011 with a beekeeper and distiller working together in one of the most beautiful agricultural regions on Earth - the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.

Our original 6,000 square foot distillery was located in Hardwick near the town of Greensboro and the Barr Hill Nature Preserve, our namesake.
